Warranty policy

Our company values your choice and strives to provide you with the highest quality products. We are confident in the reliability of our power stations and battery modules, which is why we provide an official warranty for our products. Please read the warranty policy and return procedure carefully.

1. Return Policy (right of withdrawal within 14 days)

In accordance with European Union (EU) consumer protection directives, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase (return the product) within 14 (fourteen) calendar days, not including the day the product was received.

Logistics Costs:

We offer our customers free shipping at the time of purchase. This is part of our fair pricing policy, which allows us to minimize the final product cost for you, as we do not include potential return costs in the product price.

In this regard, when returning goods of proper quality within 14 days, you will be refunded the full cost of the product minus the actual logistics costs our company incurred to deliver the product to you.

2. Warranty Period

The warranty period for Hatcat power stations and battery modules is 12 months from the date specified on your proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).

3. What the Warranty Covers

Obvious defects and damage must be reported to us within 14 days of the product's delivery. All further claims are excluded. The warranty exclusively covers defects in materials and workmanship that arise during normal operation of the device in accordance with the user manual.

Warranty service includes (at the company's discretion):

  1. Free repair of the device by an authorized service center.
  2. Replacement of the device with a similar new or refurbished device with equivalent performance.
  3. A refund for the product if repair or replacement is not possible.

If you experience problems with the device during the warranty period, please follow this procedure:

  1. Contact our support service:
    You can contact us by writing an email to: support@hatcat.eu.
    Please describe the problem you are facing in detail.
  2. Provide the necessary information:
    Be prepared to provide clear proof of purchase (receipt or invoice), the device's serial number (usually located on the body), and, upon request, photos or videos demonstrating the fault.
  3. Diagnostics:
    Our technical team will conduct a preliminary diagnosis based on the information you provide. In some cases, it may be necessary to send the device to our service center for a full technical examination. The shipping address will be provided by the support service.
  4. Repair or Replacement:
    If the defect is recognized as a warranty case, we will repair or replace your device free of charge. Repair times depend on the complexity of the fault and the availability of necessary components.
