We strive to offer you the best service and transparent shipping conditions. Below you will find detailed information on how we process and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing Time

• Most orders are processed and handed over for shipment within 1-2 business days after placement and payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Please note that during periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Cost and Terms of Delivery

We are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders to Ukraine.

• Delivery to a branch: Our free delivery includes sending your order to the nearest "Nova Poshta" branch that can accept cargo of the corresponding weight (due to the dimensions and weight of the power station/battery).
• Home delivery (optional): If you need courier delivery to your door, you can order this service directly from "Nova Poshta" while tracking your parcel. This service is paid for by the buyer separately according to the carrier's tariffs.

3. Important: Receiving and Inspecting Your Order

Before shipment, all our goods are thoroughly checked and insured for their full value. Your safety and the integrity of your order are our priority.

When receiving your shipment at the "Nova Poshta" branch, you must perform the following actions in the presence of a postal employee:

1. Check the packaging integrity: Inspect the box for any significant damage, dents, or tears.
2. Check the visual condition of the goods: Carefully open the packaging and ensure the device itself has no mechanical damage (scratches, chips, cracks).
3. Check the contents: Compare the contents of the parcel with your sales receipt or order description.

After accepting the goods (signing the express delivery note), responsibility for their external integrity and contents passes to the buyer.

What to do if problems are found?

If you discover damage to the packaging, mechanical damage to the goods, an incomplete set, or a discrepancy:

1. Together with the "Nova Poshta" employee, you must draw up an "Act of Discrepancy" or "Acceptance-Transfer Act," detailing the problems found.
2. Immediately notify us of the situation for the quickest resolution.

4. Carrier

For delivery to EU countries and within Ukraine, we work exclusively with the logistics company "Nova Poshta".

5. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to monitor the status of your parcel.

6. Duties and Taxes (for Ukraine)

• Thanks to the support program of the Ukrainian government, power stations and battery modules are imported into Ukraine without import duty and VAT.
• However, please note that duties and taxes may be charged on other goods in your order, for example, on accessories, if their value exceeds the statutory limit.

7. Damage During Transportation

Since all goods are insured for their full value, the responsibility for damage or loss of cargo during transportation lies with the carrier company ("Nova Poshta").

That is why it is critically important to follow the goods inspection procedure described in Section 3. The drawn-up Act of Discrepancy is the basis for receiving compensation from the carrier.

8. Impact of the Return Policy on Shipping Costs

We adhere to a policy of fair and transparent pricing. By providing you with free shipping, we bear these costs ourselves.

Please consider the following:

1. Return within 14 days (Right of Withdrawal): If you decide to return a product of proper quality within 14 days (in accordance with our Warranty Policy), you will be refunded the full cost of the product minus the actual logistics costs our company incurred for the initial delivery of the order to you.
2. Return shipping: The buyer bears full responsibility for organizing and paying for the return shipping of the goods to our warehouse.
