2. Important: Receiving and Inspecting Your Order

Before shipment, all our goods are carefully inspected and insured for their full value. Your safety and the integrity of the order are our priority.

Upon receiving the shipment, you must perform the following actions:

  1. Check package integrity: Inspect pallets for severe damage, dents, or tears.
  2. Check the visual condition of the goods: If the packaging is damaged, carefully open it and ensure that the device itself has no mechanical damage (scratches, chips, cracks).
  3. Check contents: Verify the cargo contents against your receipt or order description.

After accepting the goods (signing the express waybill), responsibility for their external integrity and completeness transfers to the buyer.

What to do if problems are detected?

If you discover packaging damage, mechanical damage to the goods, incomplete items, or product discrepancy:

  1. Together with the transport company employee, be sure to draw up a "Non-compliance Act" or "Transfer-Acceptance Act", describing the detected problems in detail.
  2. Immediately notify us of the situation for a prompt resolution.

3. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to monitor the status of your order.

Since all goods are insured for their full value, the carrier company bears responsibility for damage or loss of cargo during transport.

That is why it is critically important to follow the goods inspection procedure described in Section 2. A drafted Non-compliance Act is the basis for receiving compensation from the carrier.

6. Impact of Return Policy on Shipping Costs

We adhere to a policy of fair and transparent pricing. Please consider the following:

  1. Return within 14 days (Right of Withdrawal): If you decide to return a product of proper quality within 14 days (according to our Warranty Policy), you will be refunded the full cost of the product minus the actual transactional expenses incurred by our company for the initial delivery of the order to you.
  2. Return Shipping: The buyer is fully responsible for organizing and paying for the return shipping of the goods to our warehouse.
